Parking place and transport of luggage from the parking place to the room with little trains was just perfect. The place itself was nice and quiet. No cars in the villas area so it's safe for kids to walk and play. Surroundings are nice and clean. Nice restaurant near by, market also. Apartment itself is big enough, very modern, new and nicely equipped. The grass in front of the apatment is huge and so is the terrace. The stuff and their service was just excellent. The camp is not far from the city of Umag (5 km). The transport of luggage from the apartment to the parking place at the end, was also perfect. It took us only 2 minutes from the apartment to pack the car completely and go. And all this transporting was including in the stay.
The quality of the sofa is low. It looks nice and it is also quite nice to sit. The problem is setting the sofa for sleeping. The mechanism is terrible, but the stuff promised to change all sofas in apartments next year. It should be done this year already they say. Interenet is also not wireless. To plug in you need special cable but they don't have it. And I didn't have it, too. But you have internet in the reception if urgent.

Our villa was spacious, with a lot of privacy and a nice view on the lagoon. Food at the restaurant Mare and Monti was excellent, though on the higher side. The reception staff was friendly and helpful.
The hotel does not provide sufficient beach towels. The cleaning services of villas are irregular and poor. The shower gels and shampoos are only provided once upon arrival. The curtains could have been cleaner.

Good restaurants, high standard villas, nice seaside beach
dirty pool, because of a concert nearby it was unpossible to sleep during the nights

Whole atmosphere of the campus: quiet, spacious, well-maintained, clean, close to sea, easy access by small train to Umag, safe parking.

We spent 4 days in this beautiful Villas and I am sure that we will come again in near future.

A lot of space around the villa for playing football, boccia,...
Especially on weekends extremely loud, due to a partyzone around the tennis centre.

Very nice place, many pines which make a shadow near the beach,a friendship staff. A lot of good restaurants near the villas and in the old part of Umag. The good possibilities for sport.
A lot of rocks in the sea near the beach. It's necessary to have a car when you spent your holiday in this hotel.

It is a great place, especially for families with young children. The villas especially the terasse and garden are super. There is a supermarket just at the entrance where you can buy everything so you don't even need to leave the resort during your vacation. The resort is closed from car traffic and transportation on arrival and departure is solved by electric cars that is well organised. Anyway in the whole resort you don't need to walk more than 5-6 mins to get from one end to the other. The beaches are great and all villas have one of them quite near by.
The restaurant Amfora at the resort entrance is very problematic avoid it at all costs. You wait 30 mins to get the menu. Another 30 mins to be asked for something to drink or eat and another 1 hour to get served. When you finally get served, you don't get cutlery. They are heavily overpriced, but when finally you get something to eat the food is ok. You cannot pay with credit card in this restaurant and when asked why the answer was "Well you are not the first and not the last asking this question". Cleaning of the rooms was quite poor, they didn't make a real cleaning of the rooms each day, only changing the waste basket.

it was clean and spacious. plenty of places to lay on the sea side and a nice pool.
unfortunately, there are several discoteques around the property and loud music at night until 4am, so we wouldn't come back.

The location is wonderful; many different possibilities for swimming (swimming pool with sea water, beaches, etc.)
We never knew whether the cleaning staff would come and if so at what time and what they were supposed to do. There were also not the usual and normal cleaning tools in the villa for cleaning ourselves (for example the floor)(they provided only if when we asked for it).

It is a luxury appartment complex for a fair price. The facilities are excellent, yet you have enough privacy. The location is easy accessible for trips in the Istrian peninsula

We liked the outdoor pool, restaurants in the resort, location, friendliness of the staff.
I found the resort good, but overpriced. The location is good, but I would expect more from the villas (there are sometimes too close to each other). There is no internet access except of the reception. The seaside is very rocky and too much save for small children.

Location. Very comfortable, because there were not so many people in area. Hause keeping comes everyday to clean up the room.
Noisy musuc from neighboh Disco? til 2,3 or at worst 5 hohr in early morning. We shut all the windows and doors in vain. Supermarket. far from frendly. Both are out of Melia Istrian Villas it itself, but disappointing.

The villas are really nice! We have really enjoyed our time there...
Maybe more control on the swimming pools, as far as I understood, they were not public as the beaches...
